Superstar Gamechanger should be used in the evening only, due to the presence of retinol which may increase sun sensitivity. Begin with 2–3 nights per week, increasing as your skin builds tolerance.
What percentage of retinol is in the formula of Superstar Gamechanger?
Superstar Gamechanger contains 0.3% pure retinol combined with 1% Bakuchiol and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide, synergistically enhanced by our patented BAC12®.
Can I use Hero Concentrate Brightening and Superstar Game-Changer together?
Yes, they can be used together following your prescribed protocol. Use Hero Concentrate morning and evening; Superstar Gamechanger at night. Begin with 2–3 nights per week and build tolerance.
Can I use other retinol products with Superstar Gamechanger?
We do not recommend combining Superstar Gamechanger with other retinol serums or exfoliating acid-based products, as this may lead to skin barrier compromise or unwanted sensitivity.

No, treatments are not performed on the same day as the 360 Consultation. Following your consultation, we provide a personalised 360 Treatment Protocol, which includes recommendations from our Skin Lab, Face Lab, Hair Lab, Body Lab, and Wellness Lab, allowing you time to make an informed decision.
How do I book a consultation?

What happens during the 360 consultation?

Is there downtime after treatments?
The need for downtime depends on the treatment. For example, treatments like the Illuminator Facial have no downtime, while others may require a recovery period. Full details will be shared during your consultation to ensure you are fully informed.

How do I join BDV FAMILY?
New customers can join BDV FAMILY by creating an account. Once activated, your spend will count toward unlocking the next tier.
How do I earn Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points are earned with every purchase, including Auto-replenish orders.
How do I redeem my points?

How long do my Loyalty Points last?

How do I achieve a tier status?
Tier status is based on your total spend on bydrvali.com over a 12-month period.
Spend £2,000 to move from Hero to Superstar.
Spend £5,000 to move from Superstar to Supernova.
You can move up multiple tiers within a year. Spending Loyalty Points does not affect your tier status or progress. After 12 months, your tier is reevaluated based on your spend during that period. If you have not met the required spend, your tier will adjust accordingly.

When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped using our delivery partners, are delivered Monday to Friday. On the day of delivery, a nominated time-slot will be sent to you via email as an approximate window but this is not guaranteed.

If you choose this option and no signature is collected, either leaving in a safe place or with a neighbor, you agree to our terms and conditions and confirm that we can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you or with a neighbor without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

Our returns policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through bydrvali.com. If you purchased your product via a retail partner or third-party seller, please contact them directly regarding their own return policies.
You may request a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Products are unused and in original condition
- Packaging and hygiene seals are fully intact
- Devices must be returned with chargers, travel cases, and manuals
- Return requests must be pre-approved in writing by our Customer Support team
To initiate your return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted. Please note all return costs will be covered by the customer directly and not the brand. It is encouraged to use a tracked returns service for the return, and to share this information with the By Dr Vali team. By Dr Vali are not responsible for any returns and will not refund orders without a proof of receipt should the return not arrive at the designated warehouse.
How do I return an item?

My device is faulty. What should I do?
All BDV devices include a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects.
To report a fault:

- Complete our Fault Assessment Form (provided upon request).
- Return the item using the tracked shipping label supplied.
Our technical team will assess the device and aim to resolve your case within 28 days.
What is covered under warranty?
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. It does not cover:
- Accidental damage or misuse, improper storage, or water exposure
- Cosmetic scuffs, light marks, or general wear and tear Unauthorised modifications or repairs
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
How long does it take to resolve a return or fault claim?
We aim to resolve all return or fault claims within 28 days of receiving your completed form and item.
Please allow up to 5 working days for refund processing once the return is approved. Some providers may take longer depending on your bank.
Can I return a used item?
