Orders will be sent using Express Economy Delivery to your chosen destination and are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid. Customs Duties and Taxes will apply to your order and will be collected at the time of delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12.00 pm (GMT) within two working days, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email, which will include the shipment tracking number for your reference.

Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase from By Dr Vali. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.
Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with the hygiene seal unbroken. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted or refunded.
To organise a return, please contact us at returns@bydrvali.com, and our team will arrange for a shipping label to be sent to you.
Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility, and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We cannot accept any responsibility for orders not returned using our returns service. We will contact you within 1-2 business days from receipt of the package to confirm your return has been processed.
